How many NASA scientists does it take to change a light bulb?

It takes roughly 30 NASA Scientists. They would need 6-8 months and a budget of 2.1 million dollars. They would spend that time taking into account every conceivable way in which to change a light bulb, they would also have to determine exactly when the light first went out so that they could take appropriate precautions if the bulb was still hot.

Then they would have to build mock-ups of the bulb and its socket to perform an exhaustive battery of tests to see if the bulb is even changeable at all.

Finally, after all of this time and money researching the problem, a ‘scientist’ will be sent to gingerly unscrew the bulb. If he can refrain from breaking it, he will no doubt be heralded in the annals of NASA history as an ingenious problem solver.
